Transparent refunds handled in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy
At OZ Medics, refunds are handled transparently and in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy. Please read the following carefully before requesting a refund.
Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- An incorrect item was delivered due to our error
- The issue has been reported within 7 working days from the date of delivery
- The product is returned in original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with color, fabric, material, or design
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged
- Missing or damaged tags/packaging
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Items purchased on sale, promotion, or special discount
Refund Method
- Approved refunds are issued as store credit only
- Store credit can be used for future purchases at OZ Medics and is non-transferable
- Cash refunds or bank transfers are not offered, except in cases where the error is clearly from OZ Medics' side
Shipping Charges
- Delivery and return shipping charges are non-refundable
- If a refund is approved due to an error by OZ Medics (wrong or damaged item), delivery charges may be adjusted at our discretion
Processing Time
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund approval or rejection will be communicated.
Credit Issuance
Approved store credit will be issued within 5–7 working days after inspection.
Quality Check
All returned items are thoroughly inspected to ensure they meet our return conditions.
Final Authority
OZ Medics reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request that does not comply with this policy. All decisions are made to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers.
